Charge 4 is charged, and will sync with my phone/app. I've done multiple resets and changed the clock face and reset but though it shows calories no other metrics. Help???

Please clarify: when you say "resets", do you really mean 'factory resets', or do you maybe mean restart s?  They are very different operations.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
