I have tried resetting the device; charging it over night and resetting with full battery - several times - best result is moving vertical lines across the screen and then nothing!
It does still sync with the app.
I am very disappointed - I only bought this watch in June and this is the second time the display has gone and I have been forced to reach out to customer services - only this time I cannot even get through to customer services on the chat!!!

I had to reset fitbit twice - once to get normal brightness, 2nd to get out of sleep mode
I held the button in while charging until the smiley face appeared.about 18 seconds

Sorry that didn’t help, I usually have gotten help from support or community
I know it is frustrating
I have had a Fitbit since the first model came out and the support is not like it used to be!
