Do the green LEDs blink?
When you sync your Charge 4, do you see the info on the Fitbit app?
Have you tried restarting it?

Hi. Thanks for reply to my questions.
The led lights on the back were flashing a few days ago, but I am assuming the Fitbit is dead now because it isn’t flashing now. I tried charging it and it wont charge. There was nothing on the screen when I realized it wasnt working. I could press the button, tap on face and nothing happened.
You said to go into Fitbit app and try restarting it by pressing about and reboot device. I do not see where it even says about.
There is account settings and app settings but neither of them have about listed.
Please let me know where to find it with my charge 4.

As no information about your Charge 4 and what you have tried , please answer the following questions too:

There seems to be a misunderstanding.
To restart the Charge 4 you don't need to go to the Fitbit app.
Just hold press the button of the tracker for 8 seconds.
And release it. You should then see the smiley.
If that doesn't happen, give our team a call or chat with them so that they can have a closer look at your case.

@Gypsy351 , Thank you for your reply. If the Charge 4 shows that you need to install the App , it means that your Charge 4 is no longer attached (paired ) to your Fitbit account.
Try restarting the Charge 4 and setting it up again.
