How do i set my Charge 4 to show the time when i turn my wrist please

Just wanted to jump in and add a bit more. 

Press and hold the button of your Charge 4 for 3 secs. 

You'll see the quick settings. 

Make sure that Don't Disturb and sleep mode are off. 
Also Screen wake should be On.

To change the setting just tap on it.

Do you havw a complaints dept  i can contact, i have a Charge 4 that is 4 months old part of the band detaches daily and Fitbit CS are useless, hench i have a £100 Fitbit with a replacement £3.99 band from Ebay, i am not happy.
