Charge 4 - Side button not working

My side button is not working after a few months. I have used my full thumb and it's stopped working when going back.

@Dui , A warm welcome to the Community!Thank you for your message. 

 

Can you see if around the button, you can identify any dirt or damage?

Should you find dirt try to clean it with a dry Qtip.

Hi Juan,

 

Thanks for a prompt response mate. I have checked and the side button is as clean as a baby's bottom mate. I don't know what else to do? Can I take my 'charge 4' to a repair shop near me?

It's just the side button that doesn't work. Everything else works perfectly.
