Charge 4 - Trouble Setting up

Well, I finally decided to discard my Charge 3 and start using the Charge 4.  Went through the steps and the app says it's all set up, but the device itself still says I need to set up.  Any ideas?

If you go to the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture , do you see the Charge 4 listed?

if so, tap on it and force the tracker to sync. 

Do you see your steps on the App dashboard?

Thanks!  I'd been using my desktop for the Charge 3 but I've been informed that the option doesn't exist for the 4.  Disappointing!  However, I', now set up on the phone and back in business.

@AntoniaMaria , Thank you for your reply and feedback.  I'm glad to hear that you were able to setup the Charge 4 and that you are back on track. 

Please keep in mind always to keep the Fitbit app updated.
