I got a charge 4 today and after the firmware update and the phone app configuration. I wanted to customise my clock face but was unable to….

Error: To install this clock, make sure the fitbit app on your phone and on your device have the latest update.

…..But they are…..

I would upload images but error on the Fitbit site is: You do not have permission to upload images.

I think you need another firmware update. When it detects a new firmware version it downloads it bit-by-bit in the background each time you sync. When the download is complete the app will prompt you to install the update. Fitbit say that this process can take around 48 hours after setup (depending on how often you sync).

This issue affects both clock faces and the Spotify app.
