hello, hope you’re doing well

 

my charger 4 screen has recently been decreased and i can barley see anything now, i could see half of the screen and the other is just simply fully black.

ive also had some problems with my fitbit’s charger running out in a matter of minutes even if it was on a 100%

Hi there, @halaasaff. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Charge 4. 

As a first approach, please restart your Charge 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Regarding the battery short life, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Also, I suggest making sure that your Charge 4 is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
