Hi there, @Yustbeyou. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Before anything else, let me explain that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used such SpO2 tracking, Spotify app, and so on. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but it's to take these conditions into consideration.

I'd recommend following the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life, fully charge your Charge 4 using the charging cable that came in the box and monitor its behavior in the next days. If the battery keeps draining, let me know so I can investigate on my end.

Unfortunately, the suggested options were not helpful at all, and I have since failed to use my Charge 4 device. This device was performing well until one day it just stopped charging properly and the battery started draining fast. I hadn’t changed anything.

Still drains in one day

Any suggestions if you have tried all this and nothing works? I charged my charge 4 100% this morning at 7:00. By noon I am at 30%.

You’re lucky that yours lasts that long! Mine lasts barely an hour, and it’s only a few months old. The worst $150 ever spent!

Months later, I still haven’t got any help. I’m wondering what kind of product costs $150+ and lasts only 4 months! The battery drains in about an hour. The last time I called, I was asked to charge it and call again. When I called, no one answered my call!
