Hi, my Charge 4 started to be completely unresponsive after the last charge, at first showing a fixed image on the screen (Fitbit logo with the number 100 written below that). When I tried doing something by using the lateral button, the watch just buzzes as long as I press it, without making anything else work any better.
I tried to restart it (connecting to the charger, pressing for 8 second and waiting for the smile to appear) and the first time it worked, I was able to see again something and the fixed image disappeared. Then, it went all black, leaving just the continuous buzzing if the button is pressed. When I try to restart it, the smile appears for 1-2 seconds, and then it disappears without continuing the restart process.
The watch is out of warrant I think, since I bought it one year and a half ago - amount of time that I think is, anyway, less than acceptable for a watch.
What should I do?

I am having the exact same problem for the last week and my Fitbit 4 is less than 2 years old. I’ve tried to restart it unsuccessfully and the Fitbit app can’t even find the device. My band broke when it was just over a year old and my prior Fitbit only lasted 2 years.
Im ready to try a different fitness tracker rather than deal with the short life expectancy of Fitbit products…
I will watch for support response to your question but you are not alone in your frustration!

Hi
My charge 4 is having exactly the same issue as you. I have tried what was suggested restarting a few times still the same. I hope someone can help us all with this problem. It did happen after the last update so not sure if this is an issue. Very annoying.
