A few months ago the screen of my charge 4 started to go black while running. I've tried reseting it and change the clock but nothing solved the problem. Now the screen is always black although it continues to work normally besides that. Even the happy face does not appear anymore when reseting it.
Undortunately the support team says there is nothing they can do. Very poor client support @Fitbit!
