My wife has a Charge4. The screen is completely blank. Was working fine yesterday morning. It has charge in the battery but we also connected it to the power for an hour just in case. I can’t see anything on the screen so can’t get to any menus. The swipe to get to the quick menus is moot because the screen is blank so unable to see anything. It sync’s to her iPhone (15.7.1) just fine and is logging steps and heart rate etc. Have tried changing a clock face. The phone app suggests this has worked but screen still dark. Still can’t see anything. Have tried the 8 second restart and again this appears to have worked but watch screen still not showing anything. The app said there was a firmware update available. I applied this and repeated all of the above. Still can’t see anything on the screen. Help please.

Same exact thing is happening with my charge 4. Has be fully charged and when I plug it in the smiley face comes on then nothing. Pressing sides vibrates but nothing else happens.
