Over the past 3 days the display started to get dimmer and dimmer and now it is completely black. How do I get it back to full brightness again?

Hi there, @Fitschitts. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for the links, I have tried both a restart and changed the clock face and it is still black on the display. Any other options to try?
