I am very disappointed with the connector for the Fitbit charge 4 that I bought 2 years ago. I love the product, but I had to replace the band twice and now the connector broke, there is no connector replacement that I was able to find online. Can someone or fitbit moderator provide a solution?

Hi @Devellin when you're out of warranty, there's not much that can be done. Most people with this situation have gone to Amazon and purchased a "protective cover band for Charge 4" which encompasses the pebble portion of the Fitbit. It's the best workaround that anyone has found.
