Charge 4 button is missing

Side button no longer working. It is now recessed making me think there is a piece missing. The screen cannot be turned on so I cannot check if it’s been set to sleep. It still syncs so it’s not battery

@Beths3   The Charge 4 doesn't have a physical button.  It has a haptic button, so all you see is an indentation on the side.  I haven't used the Charge 4 in a while, so this is advice from the Charge 4 manual. 

  • Press and hold the button for about 2 seconds and see if it activates the Quick Settings.  Make sure the Screen Wake is on and that Sleep Mode is off.
  • Restart your Charge 4 by putting it in the charger and hold the button for eight seconds until a smiley face appears.

The button is only on one side.  Sometimes it feels more comfortable to press bold sides at once.
