Hi! I have a problem connecting and syncing my Charge 4 to the app. I have tried to restart my charge 4 but it still won’t sync. I also unconnected my Charge 4 from Bluetooth on my iPhone and then reconnected again but it still wouldn’t sync with the app. Can someone help?
