My charge too has not updated in over a day and I have tried sinking it manually. Any suggestions? Thanks

I just received a Brand new Charge 2, can't get time, date set, and not syncing either. Calling them tomorrow!

I tried all the solutions in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? except for Factory Reset and my Fitbit device still won't sync. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and linked my Fitbit account to my Google account for the first time. No luck... I suspect the Bluetooth hardware in the device might be dead.
It's been about 3 days since my last sync was successful, but I guess I might have to try the factory reset and lose those 3 days of data.

I have not been able to get my charge 2 to sync for the last two days. I have been to the help page and tried their advice but cannot get past the put tracker near lap top and click today nothing happens. Help

An update. I have been onto fitbit live chat and have been informed that fitbit will nolonger sync to a PC only phone or a laptop I do not have a tablet and my mobile does not support apps. This renders my Charge 2 useless.
