I got a firmware update Oct. 19th. I had to do it twice because it failed the first time.
However, since then, I have no updates of the charge 4 in the app.
-I cannot synchronize.
- I rebooted the charge 4
- reinstalled the app
- removed the charge 4 as a device, from my profile, but cannot add it. After I entered the 4 digits, the charge 4 says: download or update App and After a while there is a X, which means failed I assume.
How can I get this working again? Do I need to reset to factory default?

- I also tried to add the charge 4 on another phone. Same result, can't get it working
