Charge 4 display freezing

This has happened maybe 3 times lately. I will swipe to exercise mode and then try to select elliptical or start and it wont respond to my touch.

 

I hit the side button to go back, and swipe again to exercise and it will stop responding again. Eventually the whole thing freezes up and I have to force a reboot. Then everything returns to normal.

 

Has anyone encountered this?

If you read my message, I said that "I have to force a reboot then everything returns to normal".  My issue is not how to restart the device, it's with the freezing.

I also have the same issue. Can you please contact me or post solution to website. Otherwise a switch to apple watch
