Charge 4 button stopped working

Hi the side button on my charge 4 is stuck after charging. I can’t press the button at all and it won’t pop back out. The screen is black, it was fine when charging when I checked it as it was at 46% charge.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have this problem, too, but going through the restart isn't working - I connect it to the charger and nothing happens. I miss my Fitbit!
