Charge 4 display too dim

I can’t see my Fitbit screen if I’m outside

Me too not good in sunlight at all..went swimming yeti outdoors impossible to check training time without actually stopping which is not good. I had an apple watch before this (also had its problems and waaay overpriced) ans you could check stats at a quick glance in bright sunlight

Thank you.  I did find it in the end.  I’d somehow turned the screen down.

• I had to switch faces to see the screen to get to settings, which was indicating Dim.  Changed it to Normal, changed back to the face I prefer, and lost the display again.  Rebooted and still same issue.  Suggestions?

I only have auto and normal brightness to select from. Fitbit is unusable outside.
