Charge 4 doesn't receive notifications

I was so happy today to receive my brand new Charge 4!

Set-up went smoothly, BUT...I don’t get any notifications... not from calls, texts or apps!😤😭

Is it me or my device?  Please help me!

I’ve done everything on the help doc! Nothing helped.

Everything worked fine with my charge 3.  
I even reinstalled the app, redone the connection,...

I have turned Bluetooth on and off, reinstalled the Fitbit app, etc without any luck.

Do you have show preview turned on? 

Do notifications popup on the phone, while the phone is locked!

No, notifications don’t popup on the phone, while the phone is locked!

If you are unable to see notifications on the phone while locked, your phone will also not send notifications to be passed onto your tracker.

Charge 4 not receiving text message notifications. I get call notifications but no texts. Bluetooth and fitbit app settings are correct. DNS off. Beginning bumpy stages? 😢

Dear guys,

Since yesterday my problems are solved. Out of the blue there was an update available of the charge 4. Now everything works!

With me it was not a problem of settings etc, but FB -IOS.

I've tried all of the above suggestions and still can't get notifications on the Charge 4.  I never had issues with the Charge 2.  I have updated both iphone 8 and Charge 4.  Is there still a bug somewhere in the 4?

Anyone found a fix for this? Unable to receive notifications and have tried all of the above. Hoping there is just a quick update that works this out.

I had the same problem for a few days.  I disconnected from my phone Bluetooth and Fitbit app.  Reinstalled and still no notifications.   Something dawned on me to scroll over on my watch to settings and I notice my do not disturb was set to on for some reason.   Problem solved hopefully this is easy fix for you as well.

An update that I got today seems to have solved the problem for me!

I just called about reminders to move not working (they never have since I got the device) and she told me it was a known issue and they are "working on it" from the software side.  My device has the most recent software.  I really hope they fix is soon. It was a primary reason for my purchase during quarantine.

I have the same problem with the Charger4! Did you figure out how to get text notifications? I have updated iPhone operating System and the Fitbit app, and tried rebooting the Charger 4. I can get reminders to move and phone calls but not text notifications.

I also have the same problems. 
There’s no issue on my Charge 3.
