Is the GPS connectivity problem ever going to be fixed for the Charge 4?
My wife’s has NEVER worked in the year she’s had it. Mine did work, but I left it at airport security in Lima earlier this year and I now find it’s replacement doesn’t work either
When starting a walk, they connect to GPS but drop the connection after about 15 minutes and won’t reconnect
This is a long-standing problem that Fitbit ARE aware of (just search this forum) but I’m now thinking it’ll never be fixed and they should be compensating purchasers who have partially non-functional devices

This has been a bug for at least two years unfortunately. Doesn't seem that it'll ever get fixed.
