Hi,
Having issues with Charge 4 which was bought in August 2020 - started with battery dying within 4 hours of a full charge. Did the usual things - reduced brightness of screen, switched to phone GPS, reboot, and factory reset. Nothing worked. Then the screen just died completely, and tried removing Charge 4 from the app and setting it up again. I get the smiley face and a 4 digit code from the app but the screen is totally dead after the smiley face coming up.
Please advise accordingly, seems to be a hardware issue. Thanks.
