I was just walking down the hall and my Fitbit fell off. I thought something was wrong with the band but the tiny black piece and the smallest spring I’ve ever seen was now unattached. I loved my Fitbit. I didn’t get the warranty so I guess I’m out of luck. After reading all the other people saying the same things, I’m scared to buy a new one and thinking about apple? I’m really, really sad. Has anyone had luck fixing it? Or better luck with their second one?
