Since the app updated, my Charge 4 has had issues - step count going backwards, step count double what it should be, no text/call notifications, workouts showing incorrect data, sleep data not showing on watch, etc. It is beyond frustrating! I thought it was just the app, so have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, as well as reset my watch.
I've had multiple fitbits throughout the years, the Charge 4 being my most recent (that was purchased in April 2021). I'd love to be able to say one lasts longer than a year, but I can't think of a time that I haven't had some issue within the first 12 months.
Disappointed, yet again, in fitbit and will be getting a better, longer lasting tracker elsewhere.
