Hi
my charge 4 has lines on it making it nearly impossible to read. I have tried re-booting it. It is only a few months old. I also fully charged it yesterday and it went totally flat within a matter of hours - I didn’t have the GPS on either.

you should be able to claim warranty for defective screen
