Charge 4 is acting odd

My Fitbit was displaying a flashing shape and “100”. Now screen is blank and it keeps vibrating and green light on back is flashing.

Hi, @Vick65, welcome to the community, try restarting your Charge 5, this Video demonstrates the two methods available. If you are still having difficulty try changing the clock face, this Video demonstrates the process. Changing the clock face sometimes helps.
