I will also join the club, as my charge 4 is doing the same and not syncing with my android phone. Like everyone else on here I have tried the tips given but nothing has worked. I do now feel if fitbit does need come up with a solution soon.
I also have this problem. Started 3 days ago. Tried all the troubleshooting advice at least 5 or 6 times. Charge 4 still not pairing so can't sync with my andoid phone. Also been in touch with fitbit support. Only told me to follow same steps I had also done repeatedly. Still not working. Need a fix from fitbit ASAP.
