Hello, I have Charge 4. The upper latch part is broken, the button doesn't pop back, therefore it stays down and the strap keeps falling off. When I looked at the, the whole plastic part of the latch (that's connected to the watch) is lose and disconnected from the watch on the left. Unfortunately can't post pictures.
