My Charge 4 has stopped responding to the side button, or screen swipe. Off my wrist, sitting on a table, the display cycles between the time display, and dark screen, continuously. Until the battery charge is empty. I tried the restart, hold the button, got the smiley face, but no change in function. I let it set for a few days, recharged, and no change.
If I can't get some help on this, I'll be switching to Garmin or Apple Watch.
