My charge 4 is completely unresponsive, the light for HR on the back is on and working, but then screen and the button do not work, I tried changing the clock face to see if that helped and it came up with the loading bar on the screen but then back to black again!

Have you tried restarting the Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Same for me with my charge 4. It happened earlier today. No response at all. I called the help number but the guy said it needed to be escalated and that I'd receive an email in a couple of hours, but nothing... if my previous experience with the help folks is any indication, I will hear back in 2 months...SMH... time to get a completely different tracker...

I can't charge my FitBit Charge 4 anymore. A few days ago, when I connected it, I saw a little smile appear on the screen, then nothing.
My watch is synced with my app and it is up to date.
I am not even able to restart by following the procedure https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
Can you please help me?

From all the previous posts I've looked up on this issue (dating back to 2020), it looks like Fitbit has not fixed this issue or provided any solutions. Looks like we're on our own
