I've had my Charge 4 since April 2021. For maybe a year or 14 months it monitored exercise accurately. More recently I know from gym activity that this device is not recording activity. Now it doesn't even display activity - just calories and these numbers can't be right either. A very short life for a product which wasn't particularly cheap.

All of a sudden my charge 4 is not synching. I have had several fitbits and never had this problem

I'm having very similar problems. Started out with it not recording swimming. Now it won't sync with any exercise I do. Reports whatever I do as stairs climbed. I've tried resetting this charger for several times now it won't even do that. I've had my charger for since February of 2021. It was a replacement for my Blaze. This is really becoming frustrating.

Hi, my charge 4 will not synch at all today. Yesterday it synched my steps but nothing else, it is extremely frustrating because there is no one to contact for help. I completely loaded my charge yesterday but today it is crapping out💩

I don't know why the FitBit company stuff is becoming junk?? I really
liked my Blaze, however it was lost at the hospital when I had an
emergency. My daughter replaced it with the Charger 4. It worked fine for
a while then started having issues, which seemed to corrected with
restarts. Now the restarts don't work. I'm almost at a point where I'm
just over using FitBit!

I ‘ll tell you what I did yesterday, I turned off my phone and started it up again. This morning my Fitbit synced my sleep and the other stats!!! Who knows how long this will last but its good for today. I know I am about ready to throw my away, I have worn a Fitbit since 2015 so I would miss it for sure.
