I think it’s a bit pathetic to only allow hydration reminders with premium subscription, this isn’t exactly an advanced feature. I feel like we’re heading for a point where the wristband does nothing without a subscription

Hi there @SuzieQToo. Welcome to Community Forums.
I understand how you fell about this. With Fitbit standard you can increase or decrease your step goal, change your goal to Active Zone Minutes or calories burned and even set goal for other areas such as sleep and hydration.
I'd recommend you check these articles, What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device? and What should I know about Fitbit Premium?.
I'll be around.

Thanks but I knew all that already after extensive searching to figure out why I couldn’t switch these reminders on. This is another issue, the fact that it’s not clear this is only for premium subscribers

@SuzieQToo There are no Premium hydration reminders. Currently, there are no hydration reminders at all. Fitbit put Health & Wellness reminders on the app for a while and it included a hydration reminder. When they were available, you could find them by tapping on your profile picture, then your device tile. I think they were removed about a year after being introduced.
