I’ve tried everything to get my Charge 4 to sync. Yesterday it didn’t show a walk I did. It’s been constantly not connecting. Ive turned my phone on and off. Forgotten the Device in Settings, etc and I’ve re-set it up as a new Charge 4 as someone suggested on the chat.
Steps are being counted but Sleep and Health Metrics are not working.
It’s about 2 years old. What next? Thanks.

From everything I’ve experienced your Fitbit is acting like mine. It’s basically dead. I did customer chat last night. They walked me through the turn off & restart protocol but after doing so I got the happy face a few seconds before it totally black. The button for functions won’t depress or show any screen.
after the chat they automatically referred me to customer support. An email was then generated saying no longer supported device & an offer of a discount on next Fitbit purchase. I’m bummed.

@Johnnyhardrock Thanks for your own experience with the Charge 4. @AMcG I appreciate your initiative to solve this on your own. You most definitely tried everything I would suggest in this scenario.
