My fitbit Charge 4 suddenly went blank, I tried to reset it, it vibrated got the happy face, but screen was still blank.
My beloved watch is still under manufacturer's warranty, I called them at 877-623-4997, they patiently went thru reset routine and trying different power source with me. To no avail, they sent me e-form to fill out. My new watch replacement is on it's way!! Yay! It was that ez. Btw - I bought my watch thru Amazon, also bought extended warranty, this might come in handy, seeing as this is a common issue.
Happy status again.

The extended warranty is always a good options for all electronic devices.
I try ( when affordable) to purchase an extended warranty for almost all my devices.
