Charge 4 quit vibrating. Won't let me read texts.

I've tried everything.. unistalling app and reinstall,  unpair and pair back up.. made sure settings are all correct. Nothing works! I get no vibration anymore and when I hit open text it just clears.

Hi @Chevychick222 is your tracker on DND or sleep mode? 

When you tap open, you are telling the app on your phone to open the message, on the phone. To read the message on the Charge 4, tap the message once and swipe. 

How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

i have the same problem, he is just blanc, tried to charge but nothing, tried to reset, nothing.. it only warms up when charging.. what can we do ? 

it just doesnt connect or starts up .. battery is half full it says, but nothing works
