The brightness on my Fitbit face is gone. Can hardly see in the daytime. How do I fix this?

Hello there, @1914. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 4. @Odyssey13 Thanks for your help and moving the post to the correct board.

In addition to the @Odyssey13's suggestions, please check if your Charge 4 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.

I've moved your post to the Other Charge Tracker forum area for more relevant responses.

Have you tried restarting the device a few times or changing clock faces?

See Page 18 of the user manual - click to go there - for brightness settings.
