My Charge 4 screen is unreadable.I have done everything possible to try and resolve this issue.Re started,changed the clock etc etc all to no avail.I was instructed to do this by a Fitbit operative on live chat and when they ran out of ideas the chat stopped leaving me with a defunct device.Has anyone had similar issues and is this a repairable fault or time to bin my Charge 4.
