I'm getting lines across my display like missing pixels in straight lines horizontally. I have rebooted it a few times but it is getting worse. Any suggestions?

For the past week, my charge 4 screen keeps going blank. Sensors are still on and data collects and syncs. I've tried various fixes: hard reset, changing clock face, removing the device from app and adding it back, reinstalling the app, etc. All these methods work to get the screen back on, but getting a blank screen randomly during the day is so inconvenient. Is it a software issue?
