My Charge 4 has been stuck in sleep mode for the past 3 days. Which means the screen is too light to see in the day. I have selected to turn it off and it shows as off but the screen doesn't get any brighter

Welcome to the Community, @Purpleangel.
Thanks for troubleshooting this brightness issue. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.

We have re-started the device and the screen is still too dim to read it properly in the day time. I have only had this since July! Please help!
Best AnswerThank you I opened the settings and the screen was set to dim so I altered that and it worked thank you
How do I get to settings to check dimness?
Hi, from the clock on the device swipe left until you get to settings, touch the settings icon and you are offered "Brightness". Touch "Brightness" and you can choose auto, dim, normal. Once you have your chosen setting touch the side button twice to return to the clock.

Best AnswerHi, @Marelena98, welcome to the community. The Charge 4 screens are not the brightest, you will see the issue is raised quite frequently in the community. The most effective step you can take is to ensure you have the "Brightness" setting on normal as indicated in my earlier post. Charge 5 has a brighter screen (and colour).
I hope this helps.
Cheers
