Charge 4 screen too dim

My charge 4 has never worked out doors since last update, I guess software team never tested the effect of the update on the screen brightness. Is Fitbit going to issue a fix update? I have tried all of the Fitbit posted suggestions to remedy this, they don’t work

My fit.bit charge 4 has a black screen ever since I updated the software.

It tracks the steps and synchs. But no screen??   So Odd.

Have you had any luck getting your screen back?

My screen is very dim since the update and won't come on when I move my wrist or tap the screen, now also. I have to press the side button for the screen to show up, very dimly now. Have you tried pushing the button to get your screen back? I honestly thought mine was dead till I pushed the button.

Yes, pressing the side button does activate the screen, although it’s very dim. Shaking the watch does work for my charge 4.
