My Fitbit is still collecting data but my screen is completely black. I tried holding the side button for 8 seconds but it will still not turn on.

Hi there, @Klnolan2001. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. 

Since your Charge 4 is still tracking data, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
