My charge 4 Fitbit has recently started to add 5-7 minutes of ‘below zone’ time to my exercise time, when my heart rate didn’t go anywhere near the below zone. Has anyone else experienced this and have any tips? It’s not that my heart rate is being recorded incorrectly, as during exercise I’ll check it and it’ll seem correct. It’s when I finish and look at my workout, it’ll say I spent 5-7 mins in the below zone when I didn’t.
I should clarify it’s not adding extra time onto the workout either - say I do a 30 min workout where the whole way through my heart rate reads in the cardio zone, when I check my Fitbit after it’ll say I spent 24 mins in cardio and 6 in below.
thanks!

It's great to see you around, @Ewesto.
If you are having problems with the zone minutes information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? and follow the steps provided there. For tips about improving accuracy, I recommend checking the help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?.
Let me know how it goes.

Mine started doing the same thing. The heart rate graph for the exercise period shows heart rate continuously in cardio or peak, but the bar graph shows minutes below zone, and I don’t get proper credit for zone minutes.

Mine just recently started saying that I’ve gotten active zone minutes when I’m just sitting around no doing anything but then I tap the device or open the app and there’s nothing even logged or showing up for these active zone minutes it said I’ve got.
So I’ve had it say that I’ve just had some random number (29) active zone minutes but when I tap the device or open the app there’s nothing or the last known total minutes actually showing, yes it’s a pain in my butt, but I’ve gotten used to it by now
