Charge 4 showing same data for consecutive days

My charge 4 is showing the same data for multiple consecutive days and is incorrect. Restarting, logging out and back in, deleting app, re-syncing does not work. This has happened before. What is the fix?!?

Let me tell you that our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it. We haven't received any time frame yet, how long our team still needs to solve this. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thanks for your comprehension.
