Hello why won't the dashboard sync with my fitbit. Charge 4. This is very frustrating when the device indicates you made all your steps but the dashboard show that I missed 11 and 12 noon PST. I have deleted the app twice, turned off bluetooth. Turned off my phone, remove the device and the dashboard does not sync with my charge 4. How can this be corrected?.

Are you using other Fitbit devices besides the Charge 4?
Or do you have other devices paired to your account, that you don't use?
If so, are they near the phone?
If that is the case, the Fitbit app might sync with those devices near or paired to the account and take the info from them.
If you have other devices paired, that are not in use, please try removing them from your account. (tap on your profile picture >Fitbit device to be removed >trash can. )
If you use have them paired, and use the other devices occasionally,, try to have them off, or on another room, when you sync the Charge 4. Or removing them from the account and setting them up , when you are going to use them

I do have an HR and a Charge 2 on my account I use them when I am recharging the 4. I was at work both days when the events occurred. It happened again on 8/30. I decided to longer use that tile and stick with steps, calories, minutes, and stairs.. Thank you for your help.
