Using the charge 4 on a treadmill.
Counted the 100 steps, with arms naturally moving on the side, but my Fitbit registers only around 70-75 on average. Even if I move my arms more and as regularly as possible with each steps, fitbit doesn't count all steps.
Tried entering the stride length, tried changing to dominant hand and back, tried restarting. Device/app is updated.
This is frustrating as it results in 25÷ too few steps each day. Not very motivating.
Any other solutions available?

@Katha.strophe , Nice to see you here. Thank you foro your message and efforts.
Just to confirm, on other activities and on the daily usage, does the Charge 4 count all your steps?
Does it only happens on the treadmill?
In the meantime, please try wearing the tracker a bit higher or lower on your wrist and a bit tighter or looser (depending) just during your treadmill activities
See you around.

Mine is doing the same thing. Last night less than 20% of my steps were counted. Walking didn't register ANY steps no matter how I swung my arm so I took it off, wrapped it around my hand and bashed my hand into the arm of the couch. 200 bashes equalled 38 steps. Am I really getting 25,000 steps instead of the 6,000 registered? No wonder I'm so tired at the end of a day.
