Charge 4 stopped SpO2 and Skin temp readings on Aug 30. However SpO2 back on Sep 2, but Skin temp still MIA. Any ideas?

@arnie1568 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Have you used the Charge4 for at least 3 nights consecutively?

 

Keep in mind, that you'll only see the skin temp variation, and not a specific temperature during the night.

In the meantime, please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed on your mobile device, and try restarting the Charge 4
