Why is my charge4 not tracking my miles at all? I have force stopped and nothing is happening.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4.

Please restart your Charge 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi 

my Fitbit had not recorded a map / duration for the last two runs I have done . It’s auto recording walks but no maps with the detail . 

any suggestions ? 
very frustrating
