Woke up one day to use my Fitbit Charge 4 and found the screen had gone completely black.
I tried all the solutions I found online but nothing has worked. Contacted support twice and was offered a 30% discount off my next Fitbit device.
It's pretty incredible that the screen is totally broken after a bit more than a year of use. I will never purchase another Fitbit device again.

Me too….! Out of nowhere my charge 4 screen has gone black. I’ve ensured it’s charged, when I long hold the side I can feel it vibrate but still, no screen illuminates. How can we get this resolved?
